Meet Your Team

Our team isn’t sitting in one town, in one state, or even in one country.
We’re a team of folks living all over the world, living and interacting in our own unique social circles and marketplaces.
- This diversity cultivates creativity & provides a deeper think-tank.
- The omission of the standard "office building" & admin costs is how we beat the monster firms' pricing every time.
- The oversight of experienced business professionals is how our clients get the professionalism they deserve.
With Studio Mezzanine, freelance prices meet corporate firm results.

Josh Wellman
Obsessive Strategist
"Failure is not an option. It comes packaged with your Microsoft Product."
Excited to begin a career in graphic design and marketing, Josh landed an internship with Turner Studios during university. Shortly after, he began his professional career, specializing in large and small format point of purchase advertising solutions for clients including KFC, Taco Bell, McDonalds, and Burger King. He continued his pursuit of exposure to the marketing field as the Marketing Operations Coordinator with Canvas Systems, LLC. There, he worked with business partners including IBM, Cisco Systems, and Mircosoft.
Josh eventually teamed up with his wife Shane to step out as entrepreneurs, founding Studio Mezzanine. This decision allows him to offer a flexible schedule to both his clients and a variety of non-profit organizations dedicated to bringing help and education to communities in need around the world.
When he takes a break from the computer his favorite activities include wilderness excursions with his lovely wife and dog. Josh's favorite place to be is where no one can find him, deep in the mountains with a camp stove, backpack and the bears.

Rebekah Wortman
Little Miss Organization
"Frak"
A home-grown Georgia girl, Rebekah plowed through her education with grace & finesse. In short, Rebekah is really really smart. Bafflingly smart. This intelligence doesn't come without common-sense and motivation either.
Upon receiving her BA in Politcal Science in Mass Communications from the University of Georgia, Rebekah began offering invaluable services to clients. Over the years she has perfected the art of delivering effective integrated business-to-business communications strategies.
In the past few years, Rebekah has added to her skill set search engine optimization, strategy, & maintenance.
When she finally tears herself from her work, she's usually found at a soccer game. Whether she herself is playing or she's cheering on her husband, son, or daughter... one can bet that she's the loudest one at the park.
Shane Wellman
Hard Headed Woman
"Let's just go to the dog park"
A Cofounder of Studio Mezzanine, Shane brings her experience with training, management, administration, & vision to the table where the rest of us geeks & space cadets don't always focus our attention.
Shane was raised in a small dairy community outside of Portland, Oregon where she attained such interesting skills, yet irrelevant to the services offered by Studio Mezzanine, as speedy cow-milking, gopher shooting, bridge-jumping, and mountaineering. After University, she began climbing the ladder in management until launching Studio Mezzanine.
Today, she finds herself overseeing client relations, project planning, and brings an incredible level of creativity & beauty to our final products.
If you can't find her at her desk, she's probably helping at the Humane Society, taking the pup for a walk, or wandering around in the woods looking for a nice place to set up a tent and enjoy the night air.
